Barbara Schoenauer - b: Jan 30, 1882 d: 1937) on Nov 27, 1902.
Historical Note: Barabara lived in Rich Fountain Mo a community very near the Osage county farm that William lived on with his father George. After Williams death, Barbara's mother Catherine, moved the family out to California (see Schoenauer Maternal Lineage) and settled in Tulare after possibly living a few years in Los Angels County.

1904 Birth of

Lester G Mahon (Hidalgo) - (Male b: July 5,1904 d: Mar 23, 1967 Kern county)
- Historical note: Most all records show Lester as Lester Hidalgo. This of course was due to the fact that Barabara married Paul Hidalgo after the death of William. It should also be noted that Lester is listed as "Leslie Hidalgo" in the 1920 census.

1906 Birth of

Walter George Mahon (Hidalgo) - (Male b: May 28, 1906 Osage Co Mo d: Jun 10, 1979 Bakersfield, CA)
Historical note: Walter was known as Walter Hidalgo unitl 1954 when he petitioned to have the family name changed back to Mahon. Walter (and Lester) were never leagally adopted but took the Hidalgo name for obvious reasons. In 1954 affidavites were issued and all of the family members changed their last names (See 'Hidalgo - The Connection link). This was quite an undertaking considering that at the time there were nine children and several grandchildren that were affected.
